Sydney Coffee Carts is the newest chapter in a story that began decades ago with one of Sydney’s most iconic sweet destinations: The Fudge Shop at Harbourside, Darling Harbour. For years, The Fudge Shop was a favourite for locals and tourists alike — famous for handmade fudge, classic toffees and brittles, and a warm old-school customer experience that made every visit memorable.
As the business grew, we expanded beyond the retail shop and created Fudge Shop Hire — bringing fun, flavour and great service to events across Sydney. Supplying party favourites including fairy floss machines, popcorn machines, slushie machines, snow cone machines and hot dog steamers. With thousands of events behind us, we built a reputation for reliability, excellent customer service, and great value.
As our clients’ needs continued to grow, so did we. Our customers were asking for quality coffee options at their events — so we expanded our services to include mobile coffee carts with professional baristas. The response was overwhelming, and what started as an extension of Fudge Shop Hire quickly grew into a thriving service of its own.
